City Heights is a culturally and ethnically diverse San Diego community rich in history and camaraderie. At the City Heights Business Association, we believe in the power of our community: residents, business owners, and community organizations working together to support our neighborhoods.

Our primary goal is to provide regular services throughout the Maintenance Assessment District (MAD) that make our neighborhood a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming space for residents, visitors, and business owners. We also engage in collaborative initiatives that support the goal of growing and improving our City Heights community. Such initiatives include community cleanups, crime prevention programs, outreach and support for people who are homeless, street decorations, and various landscaping and beautification projects to enhance the pedestrian experience.
