The premises shall be a wingstop restaurant and used primarily for (i) the sale of prepared and cooked chicken, whole or in parts, for on and off premises consumption (including delivery), (ii) any food products and activities sold by the majority of wingstop in stores, which shall not violate existing exclusive agreements within the shopping center
