The City Heights Economic Development Collaborative, which includes the City Heights Business Association, the City Heights Community Development Corporation, the El Cajon Boulevard Business Improvement Association and Local Initiatives Support Corporation San Diego, or LISC, has raised close to $240,000 to provide grants to local small businesses that are struggling as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
