ArtReach, a visual arts non-profit organization committed to igniting youth creativity through youth visual arts expression and community connection, is are excited to be starting a new community-inspired and painted mural project in partnership with Wakeland Housing and Price Philanthropies coming to Plaza del Sol– an affordable housing development in City Heights.

We invite you to please share with your community that we are hosting an in-person Community Mural Design Input Session coming up! We would love to see you all there. We will use all that is collected from community participants- conversation, drawing, stories, writing – to directly inspire the imagery in the final mural design.

Come meet the Project Team and Lead Muralist, Josué Baltézar, to share your design ideas for the future mural at City Heights Plaza del Sol. Coffee and pastries will be provided and street parking is available. It will be a morning of family art activities and community connection!
